Avira In urma cu cateva zile a fost lansata versiunea finala Avira AntiVir 9, program declarat Antivirusul anului 2008 de catre av-comparatives.org (organizatie independenta de testare a produselor de securitate).
Pe site-ul oficial sunt disponibile versiunile pentru Avira AntiVir Premium, Avira AntiVir Security Suite si Avira AntiVir Personal.

Cele mai importante modificari sunt: scanarea fisierelor “in uz” (locked), scanare mai rapida pentru procesoarele multi-core, dezinfectie mult imbunatatita si cel mai important - adaugarea detectiei pentru adware\spyware in versiunea GRATUITA.
